Delivery Days
Home delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not available on Sunday or Public Holidays. Placement of orders by 4.00pm are available for delivery the next working day.
Delivery Times
Customers have the option to choose one of three delivery brackets:
- 10.00am-1.00pm
- 2.00-5.00pm or
- 5.00-7.00pm

Please note that for orders to office buildings in the CBD, additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery location is difficult to access. Parking availability should be discussed with The Butcher to avoid additional costs.
Acceptance of Deliveries
Please ensure that there is someone available to accept the order during the specified delivery time, as due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to leave the product.
In the instance that no one is at home to accept the order, a re-delivery fee of $20.00 may be charged. Please note our delivery driver is only available to wait a maximum of 15 minutes for your arrival.
