What Is It?

  • Hailing all the way from New York, the concept of cooking wings in peppery hot sauce was born in 1964. Tangy with a nice vinegar hit, taste of rich butter, and a little heat, the flavours linger on your lips. It'll get a little messy but it's supposed to be when you're having chicken wings. Leaving the skin on in this sauce is the way to go.
